⭕ VERY RARE MOTORCYCLE, ONLY 162 FLHs MANUFACTURED
1957 Harley Davidson Panhead Motorcycle, barn fresh.
This bike was completely stock (except for paint) when taken apart in 1972. The previous owner disassembled the bike with the intention of repainting it, but then never did anything.
There are no after market parts on this bike. The motor and trannie have never been out of the frame. It has STD pistons and top end.
There are no marks on any of the nuts, bolts, or screws that indicate the motor has never been apart, and the bike has 99% correct hardware.
The heads have no oil deposits in the exhaust ports.
The motor turns over with ease.
Sheet metal, gas tanks are in very good shape with minor rust on the inside (looks flaky). Right side tank has a couple of dents, left side has none.
Front fender is very nice with no rust. Rear fender very nice also but has some rust on the rear flip (very easy to fix).
Tail light in good shape it has the wrong lens on it but I will supply the correct one.
Wheels - Front and rear are in good shape
Handle bars are straight, but they need to be plated.
Front end also needs to be rebuilt but in very good shape.
Oil tank has original paint with original FLH decals.
Frame is perfect as you can see in the pics. A bracket was welded on the left side rear part of the frame (easy fix).
The bike comes with the title that I received with purchase. The last time the bike was registered was in 1972. The title is in bad shape (deteriorated) I will send pics to serious inquiries only.
This bike can be a AMCA 100 point bike when restored.
