⭕ For sale is this is my 100/82 Gas Turbin Engine

Its a Honeywell 6 burner jet engine from a Vietnam era air start unit.

You can own it cheap it is cheap.
Run time is low and it was taken out of service due to a simple air control valve issue that has been resolved.
The motor runs on JP5, diesel or Kerosean, requires two 12 volt batterys and is missing only the spark controlel
I believ a Mallory MSD wood work good as an inexpensive replacment
It will need an external oil cooler and tank and a simple control panel, otherwise it is a self contained unit
It turnes smooth, has clean oil in it and no other external damage, corrosion or missing parts.
I admit, I know very little about this machine and aquired it only as a hobby project.
I have learned its a self governing engine limited to around 51,000rpm, with a 16:1 drive reduction
It was meant to run a generator so at full speed the out put shaft is turning just over 3000rpm
It was also used to start jet engines, delivering 65psi at a 3 inch air nozzel
Its a single shaft turbine and would require a decoupler of some sort for most applications
It also comes with the storage case it sits in (including the lid, not shown) and that thing is a work of art for a crate.
