⭕ Rover v8 stage 3 engine 300/300

This sale is for a performance stage 3 fast road 4.6 rover v8 engine, you will end up with 300 bhp and 300 ftib of torque, more depending on which induction you choose.

The engine will come complete from sump to rockercovers including, lightened and balanced flywheel, performance clutch, full serpentine front end, dizzy, plugs, moroso leads, basically everything other than inlet manifold upwards, the reason for this is that are so many variants on induction systems and ecus carbs etc... its easier to bolt on afterwards.

The crank assembly will come with new pistons, reground crankshaft, and reconditioned rods, all fully internally balanced, the block is a seasoned block fitted with top hat liners, i will only supply top hat liners not new coscast blocks for reliability issues, i am more than happy to supply a coscast block that is fitted with top hat liners. The block is also fitted with new cam bearings and has been line bored for crank straightness.

The heads are my own stage 3, polished and ported to my own specs, and fitted with bigger valves, and bulleted guides, what these do is give the ultimate in road manners and still produce good flow to produce high bhp figures, better flowing heads are availible but you will start loosing low down torque and that could end up with an engine you dont want!

The camshaft will be a cam that i choose after talking with you on how you want the car to drive, if you want a track day car thats fine, if you want a tow vehicle again thats fine also, bhp will vary on this choice, the 300 is with a mild street driveable cam, a tow vehicle will produce 270bhp and race engine will be 330bhp as an example.
