⭕ Very rare Wurlitzer model 421 jukebox / organ wireless wall speaker. Wurlitzer made very few of these in the early 1940s & official production numbers put the number made around 90. The colorful pipe organ tubes on either side of the speaker are the original reverse painted glass ones. These are usually broken & replaced by plastic. The three colors are green, red, & yellow. The green turned blue in the digital pictures, except for the picture that is backlit. The tag on the top has the model number 421 along with the serial number, 405095.

In general, the case is in very nice condition, there are no big dents or gouges in the wood trim & decoration. The red fabric has faded & is worn. We have new, reproduction pieces of this fabric to replace it if you want. One of the red glass pipes has a fracture about 5 long & one of the green pipes has a break which has been glued back in. Some of the paint on the inside is peeling.

The original receiver is there, but all the vacuum tubes are missing. It is labeled Remote Control Music Receiver, Model 340, serial number 280262. There is another metal tag on the inside that reads: Control unit, Wide Range Sound System, Model 258-AM.
