This particular Studer A810 was used in a professional application where any occasional transfer of 1/4 tape had to be made. It is a true low hour unit that was properly maintained since new. It was recently serviced and is performing as it should. A new battery was recently installed, as these should be replaced every 5 years or so to properly store info. Heads are in amazing condition, no signs of wear. All features and functions have been tested and unit is operating like a dream. It sounds amazingly good! Cosmetically it is very clean with only minor signs of use.
