⭕ very rare Selmer SBA -Super (Balanced) Action- soprano saxophone from the year 1952/1953! Serial number : 51262.The SBAs are very sought after because of their magnificent sound quality and playability. Some even say this is the best period of Selmer.However, there are not many of them since they were made from 1948 till 1953, thats only 5 years and most of them were altos and tenors... This horn is all original: original silver plating and in its original dark brown crocskin print leather case..... Being in a wonderfull condition -as the pics will show- excellent quality, almost all the plating is there, about 99%, at the top where you put the mouthpiece is some brass visible, but after re-corking you wont see anything of that . No scratches or dings of any importance. The mother of pearls have no traces of use, the mechanic is like new, appearently hardly been used. This is a very rare, beautiful and a highly collectible item! And a secure investment as well!
