All utility bills are inclusive - Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity, Gas, TV Licence and Media package - Sky TV, Broadband + Phone.
RENT therefore needs to be pre-paid in full in advance.
DEPOSIT is negotiable, depending on your length of stay.
