⭕ Ive lived in my spacious Stoke Newington room for 2.5 years, but Im moving out to get a place with my boyfriend. Sadly - because the location is amazing. The flat is £610pm and is located on Stoke Newington Church Street, so all the cafes, pubs, and independent shops are on the same street as the flat. And Clissold Park is on your doorstep - the bedroom window looks out to the park.

There are tons of buses within a 5 minute walk, including the 24-hour 73 and 341, and the 141, 476, 393. Manor House (Piccadilly) is a short bus ride away (or a slightly longer walk), or you can walk to Canonbury (Overground), Finsbury Park (Victoria) or catch the 393, which is right outside the flat, to Highbury & Islington (Victoria).

The room is in a three-bedroom flat so youd be sharing with two other flatmates, Graham (British) and Yukie (Japanese). Our flat is very quiet since we dont have a shared living space. We occasionally have catch-ups in the kitchen but for the most part everyones schedules are different and we dont see each other often. We keep the flat tidy and organised, and take it in turn to clean it every week, so were looking for someone whos also clean and wont leave their pots and pans in the sink!

The room itself comes furnished. It has a set of shelves, a desk, a bedside table, a huge wardrobe, a sofa and a double bed. Theres also a massive mirror that works as a full-length (ace for outfit checks). The bathroom and kitchen are fairly small, but the room is really spacious, and the nearly wall-to-wall window makes it feel even bigger.

There is an application fee of £150 and a deposit of £500.
