⭕ Hello there. my names is Christian, I am a Masseur, who has been seeing clients (mostly male) for the last 15 or so years. these days I am not getting any younger and am now in my early 60s and therefore have eased off quite a lot over the last couple of years (ive done my bit he he) so the reason I have contacted you, is I am looking to rent-out my facilities for a daily fee, to a working professional such as yourself, perhaps for 1-3 days a week initially. maybe more, whatever would be mutually agreeable. The same day(s) each week would be better for both of us and would allow your clients to know ,what days they could VISIT you.
I have a modern, comfortable apartment in Charminster, with plenty of off road parking. The Working room is a spacious large double room with flatscreen tv, dvd, wardrobe and draw space. Towels , all sizes are plentiful and you would not have to worry about laundering them. Full Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Wifi of course. Tea , coffee and water bottles provided, use of full kitchen also. Home from home he he.
COST : Depending how you operate, I think £60 per day would be a fair charge, but if you just wanted it for one client, as a one off,n£30.
