You will be sharing with 3 other people. Stephanie and Andrew, an American couple, and Pierre, a finance intern from France. You will be replacing me on a shared tenancy agreement.

The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a set of draws a desk and chair, a clothes rail and a cabinet thing with a cupboard and shelves.

The house has a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms and a storage room.

The house is located a 5 minute walk from Old Street/Shoreditch and a 20 minute walk from bank. There a two gyms near the house and a street food market on Whitecross Lane every weekday.

There is a £60 reference check fee. Council tax is £76 and bills are roughly £50. The deposit is £1753.85.
