⭕ Im looking for a student to replace my accommodation as I am leaving for the summer. This is a student-only residence.

It is available from the 22nd of May to the 2nd of September 2017.

This is a very comfortable ensuite. There is a communal living room and kitchen (with 6-7 friendly flatmates).

The location is excellent - 3 minute walk to the London Underground, Overground, bus, and Thameslink (simple train ride to St. Pancras, Kings Cross, Gatwick and Luton Airport). The O2 Centre is right next to the accommodation (6 minute walk): It includes a Sainsburys, a furniture store, and plenty of restaurants. West End Lane and Finchley Road also have all types of stores and restaurants. There are two HSBCs nearby, and the accommodation is quite close to the city center (10 minute tube ride).

Unlike other rooms at Nido West Hampstead, my room includes a reading lamp and a rug. The room is also court-side, so youll be far from the rood.

* Dining area with 7-9 seated dining table
* Lounge area with sofas and large LCD TV.

Overall, this is an excellent room for students from any university or country. The diversity of students is quite high - my flat alone has 8 different nationalities. The rooms have a large desk that make it easy and quiet to study. The accommodation complex has several social events every month, including live music every Friday night and exciting summer events. The building also has a 24 hour gym, a movie room, laundry service, WiFi, and a common/social area for all residents (includes a pool table).
