2. Common spaces/comfort

Newly renovated house and you will have access to all common spaces (e.g. kitchen, living room)
Gas-heating on floor so it is very warm
There is also a fireplace using briquettes
Mod cons are provided (washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner)
Two lovely cats will be moving into the house in end-March (do note in case of allergies)

3. Room and bath details

Roomy double bedroom in a house (apartment spaces might not have the same floor size)
Common bathroom that is used only by you unless house-guests come over - will be cleaned by cleaning lady

4. Cost

This includes all bills (wifi 100mb/s, electricity, water, heater) including a cleaning lady who will do a basic clean up of your room and clean the common spaces weekly.
Per week: €330 (€48/day); Per month: €1320
Entire period 6 weeks €1950 (€325/week) - security deposit negotiable based on duration
