Youd be living with two young professionals (female 36 years old and male 26 years old). The flat has sole use of a large garden, and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area. There is a lot of storage throughout the flat, which is especially helpful for the single room!

We spend a lot of time on evenings and weekends in the shared living room watching netflix, playing video games etc, so it is a sociable space. We occasionally have shared meals if you want to join in, and go to the pub etc together.

The landlord is very accessible and will come around happily to fix things at short notice. The current tenants have lived in the flat for 4 years and have a good relationship with him.
