We are a group of University of Nottingham students (5 guys, 1 girl) looking for a seventh person to fill a room being vacated this year. Were on a mixture of courses (CS, English, Business).

The house is 2 doors down from the QMC main entrance so its pretty much inbetween University Park and Jubilee campus - both are walking distance. The rent doesnt include the bills or internet but those come to about ~£10 a week (that includes water, gas, electric and broadband). There is a £150 deposit (kept in a deposit scheme) a £50 admin fee and a £200 summer retainer ( you can use the room year round).

There are two kitchens, two bathrooms (the upstairs one has a bathtub too), a shared living area and a nice garden. Plenty of space to park a car in front too (inside the gated grounds). Smokers welcome.
