We would prefer a student that would like to take up a min. of 6 months. We live in a prime location and everything is accessible by foot. We are a clean and friendly household.
The room is on the ground floor with a large window. Easy in and out access from house. The room is furnished with a single bed (although if you wish, a double bed can easily fit), bookshelves/bookcases, closet, desk, faux fireplace and couch. There is a large ground floor bathroom and a storage room available. Bicycle parking available outside. The street is very quiet.
There is no living room. Only kitchen and access to a smaller bathroom on first floor.
