Its a *one* bedroom flat (SpareRoom wont let me display this) with kitchen, living room and bathroom as well as a sizeable hallway for storage. Youd need to pay a £240 fee to change the contract to you name and probably the £830 deposit but then the flat is yours for sole occupancy.

Flat is fully furnished (double bed, two sofas, fridge freezer and washing machine, dining table and chairs). Its a genuinely beautiful place and Im sad to leave - advertised here purely because the contract doesnt have a break clause (though you could leave in November if you wanted to - youd have to resign then).
