AMAZING, LARGE HALLMARKED HARALD NEILSEN PERIOD EXAMPLE


Up for sale is a Very Rare c1935 Georg Jensen Harald. Nielsen Sterling Silver Pyramid Pattern Water or Wine Pitcher. The Pitcher is an Amazing example with a Great and Very Desirable Georg Jensen Harald Nielsen Modernist Pyramid Pattern design. The Pitcher is also a fine period example with dated Danish hallmark for the year 1935, along with Harald. Nielsens designer Hallmark, and period Jensen Sterling Silver hallmarks. The Pitcher has an inscription on the base which could be buffed out if desired, but has not been marked on the sides or anywhere else which is nice. The Pitcher is in very fine original condition with no dints, repairs, or other damage, and I am sure has seen very little use. The Pitcher has its original carved ebony handle which has some slight movement to it, but I am sure could be tightened up if desired, and which I am sure would be found on any untouched example like this seeing the wood shrinks over the years. The Pitcher is a nice Large size example and is am Amazing display piece measuring 7 inches long, by 5 ¼ inches wide, and stands 6 ¾ inches tall. The Pitcher is Thick Sterling Silver throughout with a Quality weight of 620 grams.
