If you are slightly strapped for cash or have short term accomodation issues, I have a room to offer on a short term as necessary basis.

There is a toilet but no shower/bath facilities. This is because it is my office/studio in a building of 3 rooms rather than a traditional house or flat. Due to the fact there is no shower facilities, this offer will only suit a female who is actively looking for a place but is under some level of emergency or strapped for cash. Ideally you have some form of daytime activites, and can take a shower in a gym or the like, and only need an emergency place to crash for the night, or a few nights. This is a night time offer mostly, i.e during the day I will need the room, unless if you still want to hang around without disturbing my activities. In that case you will need to help me with my daily work.

While I appreciate this is not ideal, it can be a quick short term solution. I want no money but we can come to some arrangement between us, for eg I want to practise my filming skills so you can help me with the process by being the model and allow me to explore. We can come to to other arrangements to be discussed later.
