I am a nice 30 year old well educated guy who has an unusual proposition.

Due to the long hours i work i do not have time for a regular relationship and therefore came up with the following idea :

I am looking to share my flat completely rent and bill free to a female in return for NSA fun.

The modern kitchen is fantastic with marble flooring , solid granite worktops , underfloor heating , built in washing machine and dishwasher , it also has integrated Bose ceiling speakers so you can listen to your ipod or radio wirelessly while cooking !!

The flat is equipped with Virgin fibre-optic 50 meg wireless broadband ( the fastest you get )

The rest of the flat is also stunning with solid oak real wood flooring throughout. The lounge has a wall mounted 65 inch 3D HD plasma ( Think cinema ! ) with SKY box with full package ( all movies etc ), large comfy sofas and a juliet balcony.

On top of all this i would pay for your travel etc each month.

To top it off the flat is less than a 1 minute walk from the tube station.
